Working closely with our clients we manage the conference marketing including all printed material, invitations and rsvp's. We manage each aspect of the conference on-site, including all audio visual and entertainment production, and complete the project with a full post event report.

Exhibitions can also be an integral part of a conference and Avanti Events offer complete management of your exhibition. Our role involves the full logistics with all stakeholders including the venue, the various suppliers, the exhibitors, the sponsors and the attendees.
